Crystal healing treatments
The gift of Reiki
The gentle art of reiki draws on universal life energy to benefit people of all ages and in any state of health.
Reiki balances and works on four levels:
- Physical : the body and any manifested pain or dis-ease
- Emotional : What you are feeling
- Mental : What you are allowing yourself to think
- Spiritual : Your capacity to love yourself and others.
How does a treatment feel?
- You feel very relaxed as the energy flows through you. Some even fall asleep.
- You may experience reiki as colours, as sensations of heat and cold, or as pure love.
You may begin to feel more at peace with old patterns, or emotional as healing takes place
What to expect during a reiki treatment :
- You may need to remove your shoes. Please switch your cell phone off.
- You are treated fully clothed with a light blanket over you for comfort.
- Pillows are placed where necessary.
- Soft relaxing music is played as you enjoy the reiki treatment.
- Your mind is allowed to release all thoughts and fears in a safe, quiet environment so that you can focus on the experience.
After a reiki treatment :
- Some clients feel energized, some are incredibly peaceful, and some experience healing at very deep levels.
- The experience lasts for a good few days, during which you may need to drink plenty of water as your body releases toxins.
- Reiki allows you to examine your life holistically, make any changes if needed, and assists to maintain your wellness.
All treatments are one hour each. The first session may be slightly longer as we do a bit of admin work.
For crystal foot massages, we do have facilities to freshen and warm the feet up before each treatment
For full body crystal treatments, please try wear clothes without heavy seams.
Treatment costs
An hour long Reiki session is R320. The initial session is the same price.
Crystal healing and Crystal Foot massages are R320 each.
